Jeff Sweeney is the founder and principal at Treaty Oak Renovations. Having begun work in the construction industry while in college, Jeff graduated with honors from Texas State University in 1998. He went on to become the management lead on a 444-unit apartment complex for The Spanos Corporation in Houston, Texas. The completed project came in 12% below the pre-construction budget of $21 Million and 17 weeks ahead of schedule. After which Jeff accepted the management lead on a 196-unit apartment complex for Campbell-Hogue & Associates. This project had already begun and faced many challenges as it was behind schedule, over budget, HUD financed and built into the side of a hill in Austin, Texas. The completed $13 Million project came in on budget and 3 weeks ahead of the initial project schedule. With knowledge accrued and available capital investment, Jeff founded Treaty Oak Renovations and returned to Houston to begin his business in 2001. Since then Jeff has successfully built and sold high end custom homes in the Memorial neighborhood as well being one of the first builders with the vision as to the townhouse potential of the West End neighborhood. He went on to build and finance townhouses that sold for $123 SF in 2001. Since 2003 the largest part of the business has involved renovation and remodeling. Jeff has an extensive project resume including full home renovations in Oak Forest as well as kitchen and bathroom remodels in Memorial. Jeff Sweeney and Treaty Oak Renovations continue to exceed client expectations on projects of all sizes, scopes and budgets and will do the same for you.
I’d rather do 3 jobs and do them perfectly than 30 jobs and never see my client
being hands on = faster job every client would hire me back repeat clients cheaper job eliminates cost overruns
